Following Go-Live, Revela's Client Support and Success team is available 24/7 to assist with any issues that come up along the way. Our team assists clients in making cost effective and correct use of a product, which includes assistance in planning, installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and managing updates to our platform. Revela's Client Support team is located in Detroit, MI, and all of its members have extensive experience in using the product, so when you call you will not feel like someone is reading a canned response from a manual. We genuinely want each of our Clients to have an amazing experience using our platform, and our Client Success team is an integral part of making that happen.
You will be assigned a Client Account Manager that will act as your main point of contact with Revela. Contacting this person is the best way to request more training, or training for new hires, to notify us of any issues, to provide feedback on our platform (which is always welcome) and to communicate additional business goals or pain points currently impacting your operations.
Through the process of constantly communicating business goals and pain points with our Client Support team, you will also interact with our Client Success team, which is a related part of our muti-tiered support framework. The difference between Client Support and Success at Revela is that our Success team is focused exclusively on managing our relationship with you in order to make you as successful as possible in utilizing our platform. Our goal is to create a great relationship with each client where we are constantly solving problems with technology together.
