$100 goes towards lease administration fee and to hold the property
for a week if you are fully approved.
$30 goes towards background check and this amount is NOT refundable.
If you want to hold the property for a second week you will have to
bring in a second $100 money order and that will go towards security
deposit.
If lease is not signed in two weeks then property will be re-listed.
If you are denied due to someone else having a higher credit score
then you $100 will be refunded in the form check.
$100 or any amount placed will NOT be refundable if you choose to
cancel your hold at any point.
